OUDE FARO OUD BEERSEL

Oude Faro is a traditional Lambic beer. It is produced by adding candi sugar to a select blend of oud Oude Lambiek. In the case of our Oude Faro, the candi sugar is added months prior the packaging, allowing the yeast of our Lambic to slowly ferment the candi sugar until the Faro is no longer sweet.

The finished product features a brown colour, a touch of caramelized character and a thirst-quenching acidic finish.
