Spring Release

Mark your calendars for April 27-30 and help us celebrate our new releases for the spring! 

 

We’ll be releasing a number of new Sparkling Infused Lambics—our infused lambics that have refermented on bottle—and we will have a special release that is entirely new for us Oud Beersel. We’ve started experimenting outside of just Lambic, and have an incredible surprise lined up!  

We will be releasing for the first time: 

 

  • Wild Dry Cider Aged on Lambic Whisky Barrels
  • Wild Dry Cider Blended with Lambic
  • Wild Dry Cider Schaarbeekse Cherries
  • Wild Dry Cider Furmint & Hárslevelú
  • Orange Blossom Sparkling Infused Lambic
  • Witte Lambiek Sparkling Infused
  • Roasted Oolong Tea Sparkling Infused Lambic
  • Red Szechuan Pepper Sparkling Infused Lambic
  • Lapsang Souchong Sparkling Infused Lambic
  • Rhubarb Lambiek

 

The ciders will also be available in 15cl taster glasses to make it even easier to try them all.

The Bierhuis will be open and stocked full of bottles. No tickets necessary, so we’ll see you there! 

On Friday 28 and Saturday 29 April, Vitalii himself will be present for the launch of the Wild Dry Ciders.
Those who want can meet Vitalii on those days, and drink a glass of cider or lambic together.
