The aim of this workshop is to put the theory of gueuze blending into practice. After an introduction into the theory (choices of lambics, measuring the density, tasting the lambics) also the actual blending, bottling and labeling. And of course the possibility to ask questions.
Each participant receives 2 unique 0.75cl bottles Oude Geuze to take home!
