RABARBERLAMBIEK OUD BEERSEL

As you might derivate from the Dutch word Rabarber, rhubarb is added to this Lambic. The fresh Rhubarb is sourced from a local organic farm and rests on the Lambic during 3 to 4 months. The rhubarb is dissolving on the Lambic and all of the rhubarb juice becomes part of the Lambic.
