These terms apply to Oud Beersel events and activities with individual registration. Brewery tours, group visits and private activities have their own terms.
A registration can be cancelled free of charge until more than 7 days before the event. If you cancel 7 days or less before the event, no refund will be possible. This also applies in the event of a no-show.
Unable to attend? You may transfer your registration to someone else. Please inform us in advance.
If Oud Beersel cancels the event, the registration fee will be refunded in full. If the event is rescheduled, you can choose to attend on the new date or receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Events go ahead with a minimum number of participants. If too few people register, we may cancel the event no later than 7 days in advance. You will then receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply to leisure services on a specific date, such as events (Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
