BLEND YOUR OWN GEUZE
Have you always wanted to discover how Geuze is created? During this interactive activity, you will get hands on and learn the craft together with Gert Christiaens.
We take you into the world of Lambic and show how different barrels each develop their own character and flavour profile. You will learn to recognise these differences through tasting, after which you will compose your own ideal Geuze.
From selecting the right Lambics to bottling and personalising your bottle, you go through the entire process and head home with a unique, self blended Geuze.

• Do you have no prior knowledge of Oud Beersel or Lambic beers? We recommend joining a classic tour first to deepen your experience.
